L.U.S.H. Nail Spa llc in Springboro, OH

I can't explain how much I HATE this place!!! Got a pedicure and by morning all of the gel was peeling off in chunks! I came in right away at 10am the next day and have been waiting an hour to get them fixed and they won't refund me so I can just go elsewhere. I would RUN from this place!!!! It's so awful and they are not kind/friendly.

This is what $50 for a gel manicure will get you at L.U.S.H nail spa will get you. It hasn't even been ten days since I got them done. The next day after the manicure the gel started to crack, within a week it was chipping off. At this point, I just want the gel removed, I don't even want them to try and fix it.

I've been to this place twice now and I really liked the vibe of the place the first time but on my second appointment I felt the nail tech rushing a lot even though I had an appointment at 3 and was taken back at 3:10 by him. I had told him I wanted almond and French nails as my design. Not only did he drill so hard on my nails that they were burning but he cut me so many times. My previous nails also must have lifted and water had gotten under them bc there was green stuff under my nails which he never informed me of. There is dry blood under my nails from being cut and it looks like fungus also from water (which I found out on my own later tonight) I will be going back tomorrow to get them fixed and hopefully get a better experience because that is nothing but red flags.

Don't go if you care about your nails! I had been going here for several years, but then my manicurist left to go elsewhere. I have tried to stay on, trying other workers there. It then got new owners and they changed things, not for the better, and increased prices. I went in recently to get gel polish removed before a manicure. They started me soaking in the alcohol and after 30mintes ( way too long and never had had it done this way before) they used the grinding tool to try to get off the gel. They ground too deep into my nails and took off layers of my actual nails!!!! They hurt, look awful, and will take a long time to heal!!! They ruined my nails!!!

I went in to get my gel taken off and gel put back on and it was a terrible experience. I've never paid for a service without tip (especially during COVID times!) and left without even tipping it was so bad. It took 45 mins just to get polish off, file and do cuticles. They looked so bad to where I didn't want gel polish put back on them. Not even clear. They still made me pay $25 for the gel remover and 'manicure'. And since I had to leave after 45 mins, I left with them looking like these pics. That was my first and last time going there unfortunately.
