L C Nails & Spa Inc in Dayton, NJ

We live in Edison and visited our friends place in Dayton. Wanted to do a quick pedicure and chose this place based on Google reviews . Nice location . Very close to rt 130. Lots of parking outside . Nice and quick reservation. We just called and walked in. Lots of space inside .. We liked their service . Pedicure was really good and relaxing . Costed us about 30$ for regular pedicure . They did a good job . Very patient and nice work ... my wife also did manicure for 20$ and was ok... not much of waiting time when we went in. Overall a good experience....

inwish I could give zero stars. They are VERY impatien. I asked for my water to be a little warmer and they said no. pedicure was very mediocre and... the lady took out the stopper and started cleaning the "gunk" out with my feet still in the basin.YIKES! I asked her to rinse off my feet and she barely did it ( I guess I bothered her) worse experience ever!! definitely NOT spa experience. only go at your own risk

This place has seriously gone down hill. First off, it takes several attempts for someone to even pick up to phone to make an appointment. Next, my pedicurist was yapping away on the phone for about 75% of my pedicure. Incredibly unprofessional. Also, she was the roughest nail technician I've ever had - my pedicure hurt and I had to tell her to be gentle several times. She also never asked if I wanted my nails cut down and what shape. Finally, she did a terrible job painting my toes - there was polish all over that stained my skin. I will not be coming back here as it was the opposite of relaxing.

I got acrylics done and the glue ended up taking off my actual nail, this has happened to 2 of my nails. When I went back in for help there was no one available to help, there was no sense of apology and I'm outraged by their behavior. Never coming back here again, super disappointed.

Customer service? NONE!!!!!! I have been a customer for years basically for convenience only! My kids and hubby would gift me with gift certificates for different occasions. I haven't been going for my nails since Covid and I decided to go back so that I could use my gift cards. I have three of these to use. The one was expired and they would not honor it. I saw in a previous review written by Brittany that they did this to her as well over a expired gift certificate. These gift certificates are paid for in advance and should not Have an expiration date. I also noticed that when you purchase it it is only good for six months. "Thanks to the federal Credit Card Act of 2009 gift certificates and store gift cards can't expire for five years." I would not take no for an answer.....I fought my battle and won..... Then Johnny the owner said " I don't even know you, you are not a customer here! Unbelievable!! He is a thief taking advantage of people paying for a service and hoping it will expire before you use it! Stand firm ladies! Plenty of salons nearby ........I will be using my cards and bringing my money and generous tips somewhere else!
