I needed to relax after working and if you want to do that it's a good place to go! Kim did a great job and all the staff there are pleasant and we laughed together too. Even met customers that have been going here for years! Will be back!
First time to try this nail salon. Very nice and quickly accommodated. Tom was attentive to detail and did a great job! Fair pricing too. Will def go back. Sorry I didn't snap a photo, had my hands busy getting pretty! Oh and they have lots of options for gel colors.
I felt like the massage and nail shaping/painting was really good, and the prices were fair. But, I'm not sure if the files and tools are cleaned appropriately. I did not see them come out of sanitizer bags, and the files looked used. I have only been in once and I may still give it another shot. Hopefully, I was mistaken and that won't be an issue when I return.
so disappointed in my recent visit. this was my spot all through out high school and even used them for my wedding. I moved like 40 min away so haven't been. raved to my friend to use them for her wedding. we went friday at 11am - MADE APPOINTMENTS for the bride, her mom and I.. mom went first while the bride waited until like 15 after - started her .. mom was finished and as I still sat there the guy had the nerve to ask if we were in a hurry - uh no but we all came together and would like to leave together. I had to ask twice 25 after and ****40**** after if I was going to be seen- people were walking in and just being seated. stop taking appointments if you can't RESPECT peoples time.
also they do not know how to do the chrome nail and said they didn't have chrome
Can we all agree that finding our favorite nail salon can feel like an impossible task (first world problems sure) but it's hard!!! You'll like a place for a few months and then for some reason the service and results just aren't the same. So onto the next.
Well everyone... My search has ended! I can't say enough good things about the folks at L'amour. They are kind, funny, and incredibly talented. I've gone in for manis & pedis. And you can tell that the people that come in genuinely enjoy being there staff and customers alike.
This last time I was in there I had pulled a photo off of Pinterest (y'all know when a nail tech hears that I'm sure they cringe) I wanted French mani - meets Halloween - with a bloody twist. I know what you're thinking.... What?!? Y'all they turned out amazing!!! Johnny nailed it! (See what I did there ) I showed him a picture and y'all.... he was so patient with me.
