L a Nails in Yazoo City, MS

I went to LA Nails today for the first time. I asked for a simple dip manicure. I did not request any tips or fake nails. My request was relatively simple. No one in the entire store spoke any English or could communicate with their customers. I left very unpleased. My hands appeared as if I had stuck them into a bottle of Elmer's glue. Instead of using the proper nail files and tools, the nail tech used her finger nails to pinch and scratch the glue off my hands which led to the skin breaking. To summarize, I will not be back nor will I be referring any business to this location.

every time I go there to give them another chance I'm disappointed. I got a pedicure and manicure and gel nails on my toes. I told her I wanted regular bc gel always peel. She convenienced me to get gel bc it dries faster. Got home and later got in tub before bed and gel started peeling, same day. I noticed that there was old gel polish still under the new polish. I paid y'all $75 dollars and you'd expect your hands and nails to be done CORRECTLY. I wish Clinton was closer to Yazoo bc I'd go there. I had to come home and oil my own cuticles bc they leave them dry and don't trim around your nails to make it look like you've been to the salon. I am furious!!! After this I'm just going to start buying press-ons and polishing my own toes. I'm spending my money and I want it done CORRECTLY!!!! Every time I try to give them another chance they STILL mess up. Money is too hard to come by to be wasting it. Get off the phone and do your job. My nails have strings in the polish that you can see and feel. I got colored acrylic /gel nails. My toes looks like a 10 year old polished them, not a PROFESSIONAL nail tech. Gave me 3 different prices. Made it seem as if I couldn't hear. Gave her one amount, she said 10 more, went out to get 10 more and it turned into 15 more. I know the difference between the sound of 10$ and 15$. But I still paid her but for the job she did it wasn't worth $75!!! I am done with this place!!! I have given them too many changes but it isn't going to change. Very poor work and the whole time she was laughing and talking on the phone. And that's ok but at least do my toes and fingers correctly. Those are supposed to be ombre nails but I've never had ombre done like this before. You can see straight through the nail and see my nails!!! SMH!!! I had to give it one star in order to post it. It's a negative for me!!! Any recommendations on a good nail tech would be great. Thanks and have a wonderful day!! My nails were done 1/9/21 and pictures taken 1/9/21 @ end of day and 1/10/21!!!

If I could give no stars I would! This place does horrible on nails and they are NOT kind what so ever and overcharge!!! They sit on there phones charged me 25$ to fix a nail that broke 1 day after they done my full set!!! It was my pinky nail and a color change!!
