I enjoy going here and look forward to my near daily trip here to tan. The girls working here are friendly and always have a smile on their face. I have a nice tan even from just the level 1 package. They never try to push anything on me or upsell me. The place does need a fresh coat of paint and is showing it's age. Some simple maintenance here and maybe upgrading some machines and it'd be 5*.

I bought a tan package with them and after tanning a few times I saw absolutely no results. When I went to talk with them they said it would take over a month to see any results. I have tanned other places and this is simply not true. I also told them when I signed up I was going to Florida and wanted to get a base. I asked them specifically how soon I would see results and was assured that after a couple of weeks I have at least a base. When I asked for a refund they said it would cost $20, which I was told at the beginning, but I was not satisfied with the product at all. The manager was rude and cocky and laughed at my concerns. STAY AWAY!
Id give zero stars if i could. Its dirty, the tan pkgs and lotion are painfully overpriced', the staff is rude and not knowledgable about any of the products and lotions. They're lazy amd snotty and they're dressed like prostitutes. I will stick with Safari Beach. They push packages on me daily that i wanted nothing to do with. I cancelled my package before the month was over!
I'm only giving one star because I feel sorry for the gal behind the counter trying to make a living. Their beds are old with broken glass, the floors, fans, walls, etc. are dirty. Couldn't stand to even put my feet on the floor to hop in the bed. One of the first rooms they put me in, the double door wouldn't latch. They (the poor cashier and possibly maintenance man or owner?) kept telling me "just push really hard". Finally the guy came in the room with me, put all of is weight on the door and finally got it to latch. Seriously? I refused to use that room, asked for another, and got another crappy, dirty room/bed. Needless to say I left without tanning, no refunds, and a loss. Moving on.
