Mens' haircut is $19 NOT $9.99 Reception was pretty cold. There was no check in. I kept waiting for my turn and then noticed that two customers who got in there after me but knew the stylist simply cut me off and got their turns. I left after waiting for 30 mins. Pretty bad experience. I would rather pay $22 at Great Clips !
Needed a quick haircut for my ten year old daughter our usual hairstylist was ill decided to give them a try based on 4.5* on google reviews. Called first thing in the morning a very unprofessional person answered the phone I asked any chance they have an opening, she asked what time I said after 12 she said ok, she asked for my name as she was about to hang up the phone on me, no phone number, by her tone it seemed like I was annoying her. Ok showed up at 12:30pm no hello as we walked, the place looked rundown and dirty. I stated we here for the appt the older lady said i dont have any appt, I said I called in the morning she said oh yea well its 12:30 you were supposed to be here by 12. At this point I didnt even bother arguing the whole attitude and unpleasant vibe from these people I took my business someplace else and got a great haircut for my daughter. Stay away very unprofessional with a side of bad attitude.
