Amazing service with beautiful results! there environment is very friendly and I enjoy spending my time there, everyone shares kindness with each other and I can see that they do sure know what they are doing

Everyone raves about this place so I decided to try it. I called last week and got an appointment for 5 p.m. the following week. The person who answered the phone was a bit abrupt. I thought it was curious that I never received a follow-up text or email. When I arrived they couldn't find my appointment. I told them it was for a manicure. "Manicure and pedicure?" No, just manicure. "Polish change, no manicure?" (No, again) manicure. I unsure what to do, nobody said anything else. After a minute they told me to sit down and someone would help me. There was no explanation as to the mix up. If they had apologized or asked me to arrange for another time I might have agreed, but the subject wasn't broached. After ten minutes I was seated and the manicure began. I tried to no avail to strike up a conversation with the technician. Each attempt was answered with a brief "mmm-hmm." Meanwhile all the people getting pedicures were engaged in vigorous conversations with their technicians. They sounded like regular customers. The manicure was quick and nothing special, although the price was good. She clipped my nails and filed them back and forth, instead of in one direction, with the emery board. Polish application did not extend completely to the cuticle. I did not notice any methods of disinfecting tools or if they use new tools for each customer. This doesn't mean they don't, it's just that I didn't see any. When I got home I noticed the tops of my nails are not evenly filed. Some are a little lopsided. I'm under no illusions that this review will change anything. The business is thriving and popular. This is just my experience as a first-time customer. Be advised they do not take debit or credit cards; just cash or Venmo.

Just needed a quick fix & they got me right in & fixed my broken nail. I did think $7 was a lot for one nail, but I would have vascular to go to Ventura otherwise, so worth it.

I love this place! I've been getting gel nails with Linh each time for the past couple months and she is so nice and does an excellent job. Highly recommend! Friendly service from everyone.
