Prices way to high , you request appointments they never answer . They hire young girls that don't know what they're doing .
The most unprofessional salon I ever been to. The owner shows up about 40 mins late for my appointment and doesn't even apologize. Then leaves my hair with bleach on for Hours. I was in the salon for 5 hours For highlights and color. My hair is ruined and over processed as is never been before elsewhere. They burned my scalp and said that was normal that it's supposed to burn that bad. I had scabs peeling of my scalp days after. not sure if its cheap products they use or the fact that she did like at least 5 ppls color and hair while she had me just sit there. Then they charge more $ for a treatment that supposed to help but did nothing for my hair. Real professionals check more often every 20 mins or so to make sure it doesnt damage hair unnecessarily but you can't it expect that from this place. They more concerned about making more $ than anyone's hair. Did it even do the highlights and balayage which she charged more money for. Wish I listened to all the bad reviews I read and never went. Can't even get my healthy hair back, been trying best treatments...hope this helps someone avoid this place and save their healthy hair.
I came to see Yolanda for a chocolate keratin treatment and I am beyond happy with my results! She did such an amazing job! My hair is very shiny and straight after the treatment. Yolanda was very attentive and had such a gentle touch. I definitely recommend her!
I was wondering why this place only have ONE review, well I actually find out, I get a hair cut by the blond guy but I'am totally disappointed, WHAT A MESS I don't even get the chance to see the back of my head on the mirror, oh o don't get a hair cut I get a fucking mess on my head.
