Klara is the best! Walking into the salon sanitation and precautions are taken very seriously. I got a facial that focused on my acne and my skin looks amazing! Klara is professional and so passionate about what she does. She makes sure the client is comfortable and personalizes the services to the clients wants. I highly recommend Klara!

Wow - my first time with Klara  but not my last. I live in Sitka but come N a lot. After months of no service during Covid, my blonde peach fuzz on lip and chin was looking a bit over the top. Eyebrows were bad.  She - 1; appropriate safety screening (stay in your car till she calls !) 2; has you sanitize before going more than 3 ft, with a Mask on of course, 3; like a true esthetician, she asked many questions about my skin and allergies or skin sensitivity and what products I use and 4; she wasn't just satisfied with a 15 min quick rip job !  She went all out !  Went twice for stubborn fuzz hairs, and plucked n trimmed as needed. This was the best Professional Wax service I've ever had. Same price as the Wam Bam, thank you Mam services. $60 for 40 min. Chin. Lip. Eyebrows. Impeccable job. I only wish I could see her in Sitka. I have now found, after 40 years, who I want to wax my face. She was so good I might dare my bikini line before Hawaii. (I've never done that cuz it feels a bit creepy....) She boosted my confidence in All her services so I will be back !! Facials, organic product line ....

I've been going to Klara for 2+ years now and she is truly amazing at her job.  I followed her from her old work place and was so excited to see her new adorable, clean salon.  From hair removal to facials, I've always had a wonderful experience. Her facials are so relaxing and calming and I feel like a million bucks every time I walk out of there. Klara is very knowledgeable about skin and she cares which makes your experience meaningful.  After a facial you'll be hooked and I guarantee you'll go back for more.  She also makes hair removal bearable and she's an expert at brows.  Her Eminence products are also amazing. I had a bad breakout for a few months from hormone changes and after a couple facials and daily use of her products and expertise my skin cleared right up.  I've sent several friends to her and they have also really loved her and continued to go back to her. So if you're looking for a facial or hair removal or just some wonderful skin products, GO SEE KLARA!  She's personable, caring and truly an expert at what she does.  I promise you'll be happy with your experience.

I followed her from another place because she is amazing at doing brows! She's meticulous and detailed - she even help fix the shape of them after my hack job LOL!!! I do other hair removal services that I just don't trust anyone else to perform.  Her space is clean, calming, and relaxing. I find my self falling asleep when she does my brows. She also does facials and brow tinting. I never had tinting, nevertheless, heard of brow tinting - so I tried it! I trust her that much...and they look amazing! I have thin brows, but it made them look thicker and more defined. She been my esthetician for the past 5 yr and hope she never leaves AK! :D
