When we brought it to the manager's attention, they told us to be patient - "someone's coming". This salon is disorganized and there is no customer service.
Called to make an appointment the day before. They confirmed it. Showed up, they said they were booked and had no appointments under my name or any other name. Very frustrating as a new mother who had to arrange care for my baby. But I guess the place looked clean.
