I usually go to a place in GB, but wanted to have a girls day, so my mom, sister, daughter and I tried this place closer to home. The men working were super upset, kept telling me over and over again my daughter shouldn't be there even though I called ahead to ask about it. Literally said nothing else to me other than "no kids under 12". Wanted a mani/pedi and they only gave me a mani, basically shoved us out. Horrible service and very stressful atmosphere. Will not go back.

got a full acrylic set put on. it was very rushed and poorly done. one hand looks ok... the other is just awful. the nails aren't smooth and are mid shaped. my shellac was chipped and i tried to tell him, but he clearly didn't understand me or care, because he was too worried about getting the next customer in the chair. because as i was finishing up, he sent me to go wash my hands, he moved my purse and belongings and had another person in my seat before i got back! i thought was VERY RUDE!

You NEED to come here! I drove from Neenah because I am fed up with crappy nail service. Phil did an awesome job and is extremely detail oriented. Will definitely be back!

Happy I couldn't fit in a pedicure before leaving on vacation or I never would've found this place. She did an excellent job exfoliating and my polish is perfect! I would imagine this place will start to get busy as word gets around about the awesome service.
