Kimmie B- you ruined my hair. You didn't listen to anything I said. You were given gorgeous, healthy, mid back hair with the directive I had been growing it out for over two years. You were told it is curly in the front. You were told I wanted a minimal trim to bring the back up a small amount to meet the front. You hacked off 3inches on my fringe with your first cut. I have a literal shelf across my face that is chin length. Ear to ear. You destroyed my front angle. You added choppy, UNEVEN layers. I didn't ask for this. You said "oh , you have my daughters hair " and then proceeded to blow off every thing I said. You said a "smidge" off the front and then cut a huge section out immediately. You RUINED my shape, length and curl pattern. You don't listen and that is not miscommunication. The professionals I consulted are excellent. I stand by sharing this so others think twice.
