Everyone was so kind! I had John do my gel Pedicure and I am so happy with it! He was a real pro, very detail oriented and personable. We had great conversation. Such a lovely vibe I got. I will be returning!
If I could give zero stars I would. This establishment should NOT be in business. What my 13 yr. old daughter endured (as a birthday gift) was nothing other than abuse. While I ran a quick errand - she tried to contact me via her phone to come and get her out. The owner told her to put her phone away. Without going into too much detail (but hopefully enough to prevent your patronage), the owner yelled repeatedly (yes; yelled) at my daughter when she told him what was doing was painful, spewed profanity (not kidding) at her and charged her for the entire fiasco triple what he quoted when she came in. It is difficult to convey and frankly, sounds inflated but trust me, this is neither inflated or fabricated. There are many salons in the neighborhood. Do your homework and go elsewhere while we take steps to prevent this from happening to someone else.
Absolutely horrible. My daughter burst into tears when she left because of how terribly they spoke to her and how aggressive the technician was. They quoted her $30 for a student full set but charged her $67 for add on's that my daughter declined. Nevertheless I declined the payment with our bank. With all the competition for a good nail place I would never give them my business again. What a rip off and poor customer service
Me and my mom got our nails done together here. We had a fabulous experience! Lovely conversation with the employees and manager. I think I found my new go to nail salon! Can't wait to visit again. 10/10
