New to the area and needed to find a place that I liked and I found it at K Nails. The service was great, I called to make an appointment because they do not accept walk-ins and they got me in that afternoon. V was the one that did my gel manicure with Cat eye nail polish and she did not disappoint, I received so many compliments on them and I told them exactly where I went. I even made a 2 week appointment for a fresh set and I feel like it's too soon but I don't want to miss my appointment. It is a very nice place and all the girls are really nice. Great place and great service.
I went there to get acrylic toes and they talked me out of it multiple times I told them that's what I wanted and they still had multiple people trying to talk me out of it that work there they did it and they did it very fast they moved me to a different chair because people were coming in it was very disappointing I have been there once before to get my nails done and I had no problem a couple years back I will never go there again
Stopped in for a mani pedi and they were able to fit me in with a younger person doing the pedi.... She never offered options for pedicure so I ended up with their standard which is just as well. At one point she had to have a more experienced tech do my right big toe because the polish needed thinning. All seemed well while sitting down with the more experienced tech for the manicure.... It took about 30 minutes and she was great! Unfortunately, the one big toe that the younger person did got smudged (polish coat too thick) and I didn't notice till I was on the road.... Very said that I paid $40 for a mediocre messed up pedi. Note to management: if you're training a tech they should be actively supervised and possible charge the guinea pig/customer half price ...
I want to thank Rose for being a wonderful nail tech. She has great convo and her polish work lasts over 2 weeks even if it isn't gel. She's efficient, sweet and takes her time. Rose gives the honest opinion needed sometimes and I appreciate that
They were good but I wasn't impressed. You would have to schedule with Vianna if you want nice acrylic nails with a certain shape (like stiletto or coffin).
