K Nails & Spa in South Pasadena, FL

Had one of the most relaxing and professional mani/pedis I have had in a while. All products new and unopened; care taken to ensure quality of polish finish. Pedicure hot wax option was so wonderful. Clean, bright atmosphere ( although the country music could go LOL).

My elderly mother is a regular here and when I was home visiting her for Thanksgiving, I came with her and my teenager for a pedicure and a gel manicure. I had come with her before a couple years ago and had a good experience too, but after reading the recent reviews, suggested going to another place this time, but my mother insisted and since she has very sensitive skin and bad feet (severe bunions) I wanted her to go where she was comfortable. I am so glad I did not listen to the other reviews. The place was as gorgeous and clean as I remembered from August 2021. Every item is individually packaged, clean, and sterile, and they use high quality products for their lotion, bath salts, skin masks, etc. I have never had such a good pedicure in my life, and I get my nails done regularly. The massage was amazing and I felt thoroughly pampered. They asked if I wanted to soak my old gel manicure off while I was getting my pedicure or wait, since I guess somebody complained about them doing it at the same time previously. I didn't want my family to wait longer for me and I'm not used to getting the option at home; they do manicures at the same time as pedicures to save time at my regular salon to save time, so I did have them soak/wrap my gel manicure off while I got my pedicure. The color application was perfect and the staff was so friendly and nice. I noticed they took extra care with my picky mother, and I really appreciated that. She's sweet but high maintenance and I know how challenging that can be to deal with. I put my shoes on too early and messed up my pedicure on a couple of nails and instead of just redoing those toes, they redid the whole color application for me! I wish I could go here ALL the time, but I live in California, so I'll have to just go whenever I come home to visit my parents. Please don't listen to the other reviews-K Nails is AMAZING!

I was a regular customer here until I would up with 5 infected fingers after a manicure by Ann. It was so painful and I will not return.

This is on behalf of my wife because she does not have a Yelp account. Her pedi polish was fine but her Mani polish started chipping off after only two days! She suspects the job was inferior because they were listening to country and western music!

K Nails is a new-ish salon so I thought I'd give it a try. The inside is fresh and clean and I was immediately assisted to a chair for a gel pedicure. I also wanted a gel manicure and while my feet were soaking a man came over and started wrapping my finger nails. This is not a relaxing spa experience at all. During my foot/massage a lady came over and began scrapping the old gel off my nails. Again, not relaxing. My toes looked great when done and I was shuffled to a chair for the manicure with a different person. I was not impressed. She only did 2 coats of my light pink color-it definitely needs 3. After all this a week later my polish started peeling from the cuticle. I'm very disappointed and won't go back.
