I have been a few times and a young woman who worked there was very kind and polite. I stopped going for a while because she was no longer there Last year I treated my daughter in law and her bridal party to pedicures ($300) and they were very rude to her and her daughter. my daughter in law is 1/4 Japanese and when I told them (after one askEd if anyone in the party is Asian) they spoke in their language and began to laugh while looking at her.
They (3 workers) were very rude!
This place is THE WORST! I came home, 4 hrs away from where I live, and went here to get my eyebrows and chin waxed (in a hurry). After I asked the lady for thinner eyebrows, she said I didn't need them (???) I then go to pay the $30 for CLEANED UP BROWS AND CHIN and she says "You don't have cash?" WOULD. NOT. RECOMMEND. Spend your money somewhere else, PLEASE!
The only reason they get two stars is because they were nice! Went in it seemed kinda of disorganized. The Pedicures seemed kind of expensive but I guess it was called the deluxe spa pedicure and for my mom to add gel it ended up being a $60 pedicure that's expensive and I live in Charlotte and wouldn't pay that much. The polish job was also crappy. And to top everything off when we went to pay they said cash only because we pay a lot of fees to use card but there were no signs. I didn't have enough cash on me so they had the audacity to tell me to go to the atm and bring money back to them. I will never be back!!
