I simply asked if they had a different option of removing gel nail polish from the nails (I have gone to many other places who remove it in a different style) since I was concerned about developing cuts on my fingers since I use them to work. At this point he had filed the top coat off on one hand. After he told me "no," I agreed since he had already filed the top coat off on one hand. He then said he didn't want to hear me complaining about it and refused to finish my nails, even though I had agreed to having him continue. He then walked away from me after I asked him what was going on and wouldn't respond to me. So I left the salon with one hand with old polish, and the other hand with my old polish filed off, having to find another salon to actually complete the manicure which he didn't finish. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received at a nail salon!
