Terrible terrible terrible service. Needed my Vera Bradley bag zipper fixed because it broke so I called and asked if she could fix it. She said to drop the bag off and she'd call to let me know if it could be fixed. She called me the next day and said she could, and asked if I wanted a black or blue zipper so I said blue since that's what matched my bag and she also quoted the total cost at $30. I just came to pick up my bag and she used a BLACK zipper and the total was $42. I NEEDED the bag for next week so all I could do was pay for it and take it as is. Will NEVER be coming back and will never recommend her to anyone needing alterations or work done.
