I arrived on time. Lindsay Boyd the senior stylist booked three people per hour in addition to my appointment at 10am, confused one hair bowl of color for another, messed up everyone's permanent hair color treatment, placed the highlight foils in all the wrong places then chopped 5 inches off my hair when I just requested "shoulder length" just an inch off please. "Oopps- too late" remarked Lindsay Boyd. The salon is synonymous with the word NIGHTMARE. I arrived at 10am and left at 1:30pm. I drove directly to another salon and booked an appointment for Friday to fix what Lindsay did to my color. As for my haircut and length- not an easy fix- patience has become my virtue, certainly not be choice. The salon should be shut-down by the State of Georgia. No one seems to know what they are doing. I was charged $185.00 by Lindsay Boyd. I paid. No tip. And I will never be back. I left the salon shaking- for all the reasons I have listed here for you to read my review.
I recently went to Chris for a haircut after reading some good reviews online. If you have any question about who to go to, go to Chris! He did an amazing job and it has never looked better after a cut. I have longer hair and he did an amazing round brush on it too. I highly recommend him!
The place is pretty. That's about all I liked about it. My haircut would of cost $35 if I had not used a gift certificate but it turned out like something I could of done myself. Mrs. Lindsey told me she was going to cut about 2 inches off then cut almost a foot off my hair. She also used a dirty brush on me. My hair WAS 2+ feet long and curly so I'm terrified of head lice. That's another reason I will not be going back, nothing was disinfected between costumers. My overall thoughts on the service are, save your money and have your kid cut your hair, it'll be the same in the end and you're not taking the chance of getting a parasite from another person. After giving this review on their facebook page another stylist wrote back a very condescending reply. There was no apology or offer to fix the bad cut. I will not be going back and highly recommend anyone else find a different place.
