This is for the InStyle salon inside JCPenney. I was so nervous going into the salon as I haven't been to one in a decade but I was not disappointed. I was reassured that I was in good hands by the senior designer and color specialist Abby. We got along so well I didn't even need to be on my phone to pass the time but instead we had great conversation. She is not only super sweet of a person but did an amazing job on my natural blonde balayage and I couldn't be more happy with the results! I will be going to her from now on for all future touch ups!

Overpriced clothing not worth wasting time to look at this store. People continue to steal so many items. Empty shoe boxes found in the clothing area. The management just watches as people walk out with items. The store can't be making money. I don't know how it stays open!
