JCPenney Salon in Clarksville, IN

I like Sephora but this store is nothing really like other stores
. Display is messy and staffs are not very friendly or helpful. I had a simple question if they have Verb shampoo and conditioner. Her respond was just "I've never heard of it."  I'm pretty sure if it would be like "let me check if we have it here or maybe you can find online" or something at different locations.
Dissapointed...

Fun place to go and try different makeup techniques and colors.  Staff is helpful and friendly. They prefer that children stay attended, me too. They helped figure out how to use makeup applicators. So many different kinds of makeup. Usually it's hard to buy because you're not sure about matching your tone but they let and help you figure out what works with low pressure!

I love SEPHORA! I'm total girlie girl in the sense that I love make-up, hair, nails, clothes, shoes, and purses most of all. Places like SEPHORA play to all of my estrogenic senses. They have a nice selection of good quality cosmetics, perfumes, and skin care products. Most importantly to me, they carry Bare Minerals!

This store is a mini SEPHORA located inside JCPenney in the Green Tree Mall. It's nice, but pretty abbreviated. The staff here is hit or miss. On my last visit, the two girls at the register were great: friendly and very quick and efficient. There were two other girls "attempting" to stock. They saw me looking around for some time and never once asked if I needed help, which I did. Finally, I had to ask one to help me find the shade of foundation that I needed. She rudely told me that it was where I was looking. After she almost got choked (just joking...sort of), I explained to her that I needed her to look in her back-stock for it because it wasn't on the shelf and I wouldn't have asked her to put herself out if it had been on the shelf to begin with. (Those were my exact words.) She begrudgingly did her job and found me one in the back-stock drawer.

That hasn't been my normal experience here though and I try not to rate a business on one bad experience, unless it's really bad. The two girls at the check-out counter more than made up for it, as they were total sweethearts. SEPHORA isn't always the cheapest around and many products can be found online for a bit less. However, the convenience and the ability to sample and test products goes a long way IMO. This store is a good option if you're in Indiana, or close-by across the bridge. They also have a good rewards program.
