JCPenney in Lafayette, LA

First I want to put a spotlight on the customer service which was outstanding. From the young lady that helped me in the men's department to the lady that checked me out at the register, awesome customer service. Overall selection pretty decent better than I thought it would be.  Purchased a couple of items and did one return. The return process was effortless.

Store is in a constant state of unorganized disarray, no floor personnel available for assistance.  Theft is apparently out of control, as evidenced by every other shoe box on display being void of contents!  Security measures and strong management needed !!

The salon deserves 0 stars- horrible service waited a half hour for a trim. The only worker who was a male didn't even acknowledge me then when he finally finished chatting it up with his customer he asks what I need done. Just as I'm telling him I want a trim another customer walks in who has an appt. I get that she had an appointment but I had been sitting there forever. He takes that customer says he'll only be 15 minutes. Well after another half hour I finally walked out

Absolutely horrible customer service. Clothes selection and the clothes themselves are not good whatsoever. I saw some shoes I really wanted. But there was not one single person that worked there at any one of the registers. Not in the store not in the shoe department not in the jewelry department. Nowhere. I will never go back there.
