I was going to this location for 2 years. Now I have a granddaughter and I recently took her with me to get my hair done and the next appointment I made she asked that I do not bring my granddaughter with me due to so called client was complaining about her crying. Not only is she not loyal but she's not professional. A couple of times she has been stand offish and I ignore it but I'm finally done with this place theirs actually better Dominican salons out there. Example Mercedes Dominican salon was a great experience!
Did a wonderful job on my daughter's hair!! Owner was nice and easy to deal with. She also kept the conversation pleasant and the price was very affordable

Honest, affordable, quality service, kind, polite, clean, and considerate. $40.00 clean, beautiful, flowing natural hair. What more could a customer ask for?
I so regret coming here . I would have saved atleast twenty dollars smh. I was charged so much extra because my hair was natural. I usually pay around 40 & my hair comes out super silky almost like I got a perm but definitely not here. My hair is straight it looks like I got it done 3 days ago when I got it done today. I saw a coupon for first time users getting a free deep conditioner and inquired about that but was told not today, lol. After I paid so much I didn't get a thank you or anything just a silent pause. I had to say thank you twice to get a response, wow... There's so much more but im not going to get into it. Just wanted to come here to say I wish someone would have told me or warned me atleast . Never again, lesson learned.
