On vacation here in Santa Rosa Florida and my nail broke. When entering Jade Salon I was asked what was I needing. Which was to just get my nail fixed. The owner the woman proceeded to look me up and down and said well it will be a while. As she and the gentleman were attending to pedicures. I then asked how long she again looked me up and down and said oh well it's going to be about 2-3 hours I'm short handed. They only had 2 pedicures they were working on at the moment. So I told her I'll wait not a problem I was in no rush. So then I sit and then she approaches me to ask if I'd like to go to another salon and gave a name. I looked at her and asked do you NOT want to do my nail? And her response was no I just don't want you to wait for too long. I told her I'm fine! The gentleman was nice and wasn't rude at all. But as a business woman myself I would NEVER treat anyone like this it is NOT okay. Side note: I am a "Latina" woman I had a bathing suit hooded cover up and shorts on with slides and a baseball cap. I was dry I had not been to the water yet at all. So if your NOT a local and like being judged this is the place to come to‼I will NEVER be back here again and will file a report to BBB for the owner being raciest.
Dennis really made me feel comfortable and safe in his hands. Very attentive to detail, clean shop, and friendly staff. You know a nail salon is good when their clients have been coming back to them for 20+ years. Great prices. $70 for gel nails and gel pedicure. This is the nail salon I look forward to every year during my vacation. Good job!

My daughter got a full set of acrylic nails styled coffin shape that look great. She was very happy. They have good relationships with their repeat customers and we're all friendly. I had a pedicure with an amazing leg message. They shared great recommendations about lunch and other happenings in the area. I would definitely recommend them no matter if you're a local looking for your salon or on vacation like we are. Prices were competitive as well.
