I took my son to Jackie for a hair cut. I showed her a photo of exactly what I wanted for hi. She not only didn't do it, she was rough, rude and impatient. Her salon looked cluttered, dirty and unorganized. I would not recommend her to anyone.

My dad went here the other day...it turned out ok...not good but not great...I was going to cut my hair somewhere else but everyone was busy in North Pole and so I had to see her. She almost made my hair into a pixie cut (not want I wanted) it's shorter than what I asked for (before you ask I tried to stop it but she already made it to short then she tried to cover it up) it's all crooked and just doesn't look right with my face structure.. now my daughter all she wanted a few inches off, simple right...no she kept pulling her hair and didn't even cut that correctly....and since it's still across her back you can really tell it's not straight....and after all that it costed me $70.00 for both cuts.... right after she said 38.80 for just mine...wtf that's crazy and all she did was spray me with water (didn't do it with my daughter) and did a hack job. Never going there again..
My daughter went in there the other day to get an estimate on having her hair partially highlighted and trimmed and was quoted a price of 50 dollars. We went in today and she told us that because of how much hair my daughter has it would be 200 dollars instead. We obviously couldn't afford that so she just got a trim. We were charged 25 dollars for a trim with no shampoo or anything. It was simply unbelievable. We will never go there again.
Jackie is amazing! My husband is in the Army and has had his fair share of fades that left him looking like a a chewed up dog. we started going to Jackie and now he doesn't go to anyone else to get his bi monthly hair cut. She is fast, affordable and so friendly! She does exactly what you want! I have yet to get my hair cut by her because I have been trying to grow it out, but she is my number one choice when I do!
