I hired J'Jeune Hair Studio for my wedding day hair after contacting multiple hair salons in the area without much luck. I completed my trial with Nicole and she was wonderful to work with. After deciding she would need an additional person to help with 7 hair styles for the wedding she asked Jessica (I was told was the owner of the salon) to help her for the wedding. They were supposed to show up to the hotel at 9:30AM, Nicole was on time but Jessica was an hour late. Nicole did a beautiful job on the hairstyles of the girls she completed (myself - bride - included).
Jessica made up for her tardiness by quickly, albeit sloppily, completing my girls' hair in the necessary time frame.
Jessica then had the audacity to charge the tip on the bill even though this was not in the contract to include.
The tardiness of Jessica was the only part of my wedding day caused stress. For that reason, I would not recommend this salon for wedding-day hair based on my experience. I would seek out Nicole again, but not J'Jeune Studio.
Followed Nancy to J' Jeune and was impressed with the location on facilities. Highly recommended.
Went in for a full coloring requesting the color on the left. Not only did I not get the color I asked for, but what I did get turned out uneven. The top of my head was orange-red and the ends were barely any different than my natural hair. The stylist said "I don't know what to tell you" and asked if I could return tomorrow to try and fix it. I could've done better dying my own hair with a box dye (which I'm pretty sure was used anyway). I got 50% off and no apology. Definitely consider going elsewhere.
