I've been coming here for years. The atmosphere is very loving & understanding. They listen to what your vision is & execute it flawlessly. I highly recommend them. First time visitor. I stopped in because I was very short on time and in need of a quick hair therapy. I needed my ends trimmed and a blow-out. I did not wait at all for it being noon on a Saturday (I'll just say I was lucky). The owner, a sweet Dominican woman who says she's been there for 20+ years, sat me down and washed and conditioned my hair. She gave me an additional treatment because I had pointed out my dry ends in the beginning. She sat me under the dryer for 3 min and then rinsed me out. I sat in a different woman's chair (a blonde Peruvian looking stylist) for the actual hair cut and she did well. I didn't want it too short, nor layers but I did need volume and she was able to achieve the look with the cut she gave me. Then, the owner did the blowout and styling. I liked that she knew I needed volume without me having to remind her and blew out my hair in an intentional way to achieve that look, sometimes I'll get blow out from a stylist that ends up looking flat and dull so this was a nice result. She charged me about $45 for the cut and then I tipped them both. If I hadn't been happy with the outcome, I would have been disappointed with the cost. I'd probably go back again.

Decided to go in because it was near my house and was looking for a Dominican salon. I was very happy with the customer service and how quickly I was taken care of (Im used to waiting around a lot in typical Dominican salons but not here). I have to say that my hair was washed with love and so amazing! I knew it was CLEAN (unlike blow bars that they just wet it..). My stylist gave me a price before I started (which I recommend you always discuss pricing before starting). My hair came out nice and I was out of there within an hour! The Dominican experienced elevated to blow bar convenience, exactly what I was looking for!!

Very disappointed with my visit. Went in there thinking I'll pay 25 as one of their stylist always charge me. Left paying double for the dumbest reasons. I've been to high class salons that have a set rate and they don't charge this much! My hair didn't even turn out how I wanted it. Advised wanted waves in the bottom which other places they use a regular iron to do but because she used a curling iron that's considered an extra 10 charge for curls when I get them done all the time without being charged that much just due to the equipment they decided to do. Didn't want it curled just a natural wave in bottom which can be done with the dryer itself! Then the nail lady decided to do what she wanted when I said just regular but once she started doing French I felt bad to have her stop. Felt like I was scammed . Never paid that much for a salon that's in the hood!
