Worst experience ever. I went and got some woman with a multicolored cross necklace. She to pick a color and I did and sat down she said "why no gel" I told her that the gel polish gets discolored and I didn't like that. She told me that they both get discolored I just need to come back more often and then told me to go get the gel. I went and got it and she said that the gel was better and no price difference . I told her I wanted almond and I wasn't sure about the color I wanted something nude or beige. She said that the color was beige and not pink and I said okay. She started on my nails. She said since I wanted almond it would be $5 extra and I said okay. She started on them and they definitely aren't almond more oval. They aren't long but she still charged me extra for length I didn't get. She sawed at the acrylic until it was jagged and uneven. And then painted them. I told her the color wasn't what I wanted and she told me it would be fine. I said it's too pink I wanted beige. She got upset and started to turn to watch the TV. I looked at my nails and said they aren't almond she told me it was okay she would fix it. After she started painting my nails I said another remark about the color and I needed more beige for work. After doing my nails she said oh gel will be $10 more. She told me earlier that there was no price difference. Now I'm stuck with VERY pink nails! She didn't touch my cuticles and hurt my fingers. Then got mad when I didn't tip. She charged me $40 and then looked at my card and gave me a glare before saying they didn't accept my credit card but when my grandma pulled hers out to pay (the same kind) they accepted it. I have gone here before and I'm really upset that she did this. Guess it's time to find a new nail place. Not to mention that the acrylic has hair inside it so I can't get it out. Very angry and the women who worked on me only said those words and nothing else just talked to the women beside her working on someone else the whole time.
they were so nice there ! tom did an amazing job and he was so nice, funny, and gentle. he would always ask if he was hurting me and was making jokes the whole time!!
