the best in converse area. their prices are good and all of their techs do great work. clean establishment, great customer service. military friendly. when in uniform I OFTEN get asked where i get my nails done.
This place is not sanitary at any stations. I think the work they show lack of doing shows. I use to like going there but it has gone down hill.
I called and was quoted $50. Everything was going smoothly until I noticed a lady came and said that she would wait until my nail tech was done with me. Since that point he started to really rush. 2 other people came in to talk to the nail tech & told me he's really good so it sounds to me he has potential to have done my nails better. The only this I will say that I noticed & highly disliked was the equipment he used on me was dirty & not hygienic, drill bit was dirty, nail file was used, and so was the cube one they use to smooth. He didn't let me wash my hands before putting gel so my nails look bumpy and I was cut on multiple fingers.
If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. They did a sloppy job and STILL took forever. Idk the lady's name who did my nails she was quiet and nice but her work has not worth $55?! I was so displeased I will never go back here and I don't recommend you attend either. Save yourself the money. It's only my third day and my nails are already starting to loosen from the corners not only that but the color isn't all over the nail (not on the edges) only the top part. Shame because I'm so close but this place is the worst. Overpriced for poor job.
Overcharged my Daughters. Never coming here again. Very disappointed. Thieves that's who work here.
