One of my nails fell off after only one week. The rest of my nails had a big gap from the cuticle so I asked to have a disco on having all done and the owner said no. I'll never go back. Poor job and she tried to sell me purses and pajamas the whole time I was there.
I get long acrylics on a regular basis in Rochester. All the time. I never don't have my nails done. This place? Messed me up. Never in my life have I had so many nails break and rip up from my nail bed. Like, fully bleeding after just reaching into my purse for something. I have never had this happen with any other set from any other salon. And they claimed it would be $30 in the beginning of the appointment and then by the end charged me $40 because coffin shape is more work. I have never encountered service like this anywhere else and now my nails are ripped to shreds right before graduation and so painful. So be warned.
Extremely disappointed! Made an appointment at 4pm didnt get in until 4:45pm. I don't mind a wait but I do mind over booking, which is what happened. Also they were very rough and actually left sores on my fingers from where they filed. They didn't do a good job filling my nails or painting mine or my stepdaughter. If you want poor quality nails this is the place to go. Never again will I go to this awful place.
Literally the worst customer service , not enough workers to handle each person , I've been here for 5 hours just for a simple mani pedi !
Waited for over half an hour for them to take my friend who is getting a few manicure. To only wait longer for a fill to be told they did not have color I had picked out half an hour ago. Do not recommend
