I am new to the area and needed a hair cut BAD! I was going to go to a chain salon (but was worried about quality of cut) so I thought I would try local. I was warmly greeted soon as I walked in the door after a short wait it was my turn. Told the lovely lady who cut my hair what I wanted but "I trust you thought". I just got a hair cut and beard trim thats is possible the best i have ever had!!!! WOULD RECOMMEND!!! I will only go to Hopkins Hair Car now!
The barbers here are not bad at all. However, this shop has horrible customer service. The first time I went to this barbershop back in March, my hair was not cut to my liking and when I asked the barber to fix it, barber replied,"I don't have time to fix it, I have other appointments". The next time I made an appointment with one of the barbers and I was passed off to a different barber when I was up to get my hair cut. I do not reccomend this barbershop to anyone, especially military. I will not give this place my business again.
We have been twice now. The first time my youngest got his first cut -- Laquaisha just trimmed his curls. She was soooo sweet with him. She's quiet and kind.
She then gave me my first undercut! She did it slow and steady and gave me exactly what I asked for. I've had so many compliments.
We went back yesterday for our second time. I took my other son who has a shorter cut on the bottom and curls on the top. She's so sweet to them and made him so comfortable!
I love coming here. The atmosphere is inviting and they don't make me feel rushed or that they are rushed.
Highly recommend even for curly girls!

These barbers have been around for decades. They are all 2nd and 3rd generation barbers. You won't find a more friendly and professional barbershop/salon in the area or surrounding areas. They are proud of their craft and treat their clients with the utmost respect. They serve all walks of life too!!!
I love being at this barbershop when I'm in the area. I personally recommend That you call them today and book your appointment. They get very busy due to their strong history in the area. They are definitely trend setters and they live up to the hype.
