Was pretty busy when I came in but they did my hair pretty well like the picture I showed them. They also did my eyebrows and they came out well. The lady could have been a little more nicer but we did have a few conversations and she did a really good job.
Please fight the temptation for convenience in the location and save your money. I went in with damp hair, I just wanted a blowout, with the ends flipped up. My hair is all one length, not damaged from processing and wavy, which holds a curl nicely. To my shock, they charged me over $37 just to dry my hair and use a round brush on the ends! Then the girl tells me she'll be right back, she's going to get the curling iron! I did not want the curling iron, I did NOT ASK FOR THAT. I told her, "I wasn't asking for it to be curled with the iron, I just wanted it blown out with the round brush. The curling iron burns your hair and you have to use heat protectant, then my hair gets greasy and heavy, and I don't like that." SHE DISREGARDED MY EVERY WORD AND SAID," Well I like to use the curling iron and hair spray other wise the curl will fall out as soon as you go outside." I told her, "No, my hair holds a curl nicely. With the hair dryer, my hair would still have a curl 2 days from now." She CONTINUED TO DO IT HER WAY, REGARDLESS OF WHAT I SAID. BY TIME I GOT HOME, THE ENDS LOOKED FRIZZED OUT AND OVERALL MY HAIR LOOKED TERRIBLE. I ALSO STUNK OF THEIR HORRIBLE SMELLING HAIR SPRAY, WHICH I NEVER EVEN WANTED. I MAY AS WELL HAVE THROWN $40 IN THE SEWER.
