Great customer service and quality work! Love it! Lalo has been amazing every time I go to cut my hair.

So very happy with my hair! Lalo did it a few week ago and as time goes, I love it even more. I risked it with bangs and more of a shag and it was worth it! The toner is slowly fading to another amazing color with the highlights poking out now - he knew I needed a more low maintenance option that goes into a ponytail well and offered toning it as needed. Thank you!

Renate provided an excellent cut and style. She listened to my requests and my hair looks great, just as I wanted. She was thorough, asked for direction on length before it was too late and continued to clarify and verify. The salon was convenient for me, clean and busy for a Tuesday, although she will only be available on Saturdays going forward. I'll schedule accordingly and happy to report I've found my new stylist.

Take an advice from this teenager here. i asked to give me layers, side bangs and wispy bangs on the front. I got recommended to this salon from a friend and she said Renate-Maria did a good job with her and her sister's hair. She told me that she really knows a lot about asian hair. Boy was she wrong. When my hair was done, the layers looked nothing like the picture (she made it choppy), my side bangs weren't even side bangs BC SHE CUT IT ALL THE WAY UP TO MY EAR INSTEAD OF MY JAWLINE. AND MY BANGS AT THE FRONT WERE THICK AND LOOK, AGAIN, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. She and her coworkers gaslighted me saying that my hair was thick and that i got exactly what i wanted. Like first of all the bangs look like this because YOU took a big chunk from the top. like she deadass took hair from my forehead to the middle of my head and said my bangs look like that bc my hair is too thick LIKE YOU MADE IT THICK NOT MY HAIR??? Not to mention my hair is not thick or thin it's like at the middle and i know this bc hundreds of people say that when they look at my hair. and she said it won't come exactly like the picture bc of different hair texture when the texture from my reference photo was Asian straight fucking hair? She's acting like i never had wispy bangs before and the hairstylist that did it for me last time wasn't even that good but at least she knows how to do wispy bangs??? don't go here. Honestly. i cried so hard on the chair. so now i have long hair with choppy layers, and the top looks like i left the salon and got my hair done at the barbershop. and ignore my puffy face

Made a same day appt on a Friday. I was still 20 minutes late due to construction. They still took took me in. Lalo did amazing! I went for a trim but he washed cut and styled my hair. He did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations! Especially since I had to chop off more than I wanted. I left feeling AMAZING and more confident with my hair. Thank you again!
