Heavenly Hair Design Salon is a very clean and professional hair salon. My review is particularly for my professional hair stylist Penny Tuvell. My husband and I have been doing our hair with Penny for about 15 years. She is very reasonable and always takes us in even with no appointment. She pampers us from the time our appointment starts until our hair done. She always make us look great.

I have been going to Heavenly Hair Design for almost 9 years. One of the owners does my hair and I also get facials and pedicures there! A one stop shop! The salon is warm and inviting and everyone who works there is always friendly and makes sure when you walk in the door you feel welcome. Nicole has been doing an amazing job on my hair for the last 8 years. She does all she can to accommodate me, I couldn't imagine going to anyone else to to get my hair done!

This review is not about the lovely salon, it s about Penny a hair cutter there, in her 50's with blonde hair in a pony tail.. The salon is quit nice, clean and the other staff seem nice. Penny said, Monday was her best day. I wanted a trim, color and highlights. BEWARE OF MONDAYS! When I arrived another gal was finishing up with her client...she left. No other stylists came that day. As soon as she left, Penny turned the music up and started dancing...WITH A RAZOR BLADE IN HER HAND... and singing. SOMETHING WAS SERIOUSLY WRONG! Color was on my hair...so I couldn't leave. Unable to drive do to hip surgery 3 days later. I heard a 4 hour monologue of her x husband and disfunctional life. She cut my entire head of hair with a razor? Who does that? Highlights made my hair salt and pepper....too busy singing and dancing to pay any attention to me. She was literally off the walls. Went home...called Tuesday to tone down highlights......another Penny personality was in the salon that day...other stylists were there....she didn"t want them to see her extreme dysfunction or worse. Made my hair all brown...never said even hello and walked out when she was finished. SAID SHE IS BEST FRIENDS WITH OWNER....SHE IS UNTOUCHABLE! HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS .

Gracie is wonderful. Both my boys and I have her cut our hair and she never fails to do a great job and is always gracious, sweet and wonderful. We even followed her here from another spot and we'll keep coming as long as she's here.
