HeadHunter's Salon in Soldotna, AK

Mimi is without a doubt the best hair dresser around.  She's a pro at cutting hair. Since moving here almost two years ago I've been to 6 different people to cut my hair and have not been happy. Finally someone here knows how to cut hair.

I love Headhunters Salon in Soldotna!  

Mimi is my stylist and Sierra does my daughter's hair.  

Mimi has done cuts, color, and extensions on my hair.  She does a fabulous job and is very honest about how things will turn out and how much care is required for certain aspects of hair services.  Her prices are very reasonable.  It is also a pleasure to visit with her.  

Sierra colored my daughters hair.  My daughter has a difficult time with hair cuts and services because she has some sensory issues, and Sierra went at my daughter's pace and comfort level.  Rare to find a beautician that understands this and can work with a kid.  

Most importantly, both my daughter and I really enjoyed how our hair turned out.

Mandy cut my hair about a month ago and did a great job. I called the salon to make an appointment to have my gray roots colored and Braun answered the phone. I have Lupus which means my skin is super sensitive to products and asked Braun if they used sensitive skin products or could test my skin for sensitivity and he said he wasn't a doctor and their products contain bleach. I asked if he knew of a salon in town that uses sensitive skin products and he said to use Google. He was VERY rude, abrupt and impatient and totally brushed me off. I was surprised he was the manager because if he wasn't I would have complained about how rude he was. Too bad because I like Mandy but won't ever use their salon and will tell others about what happened. You are a major ahole Braun!
