My experience with this salon was terrible!! Last Friday 8/20/21, I had an appointment booked at noon, which I had scheduled a couple days before while speaking on the phone with Jackie (I have a record of calling her on my phone). When I arrived for my appointment, I called the salon from my car to tell them I was waiting in the parking lot. Jackie picked up the phone and told me that she didn't have a record of me having an appointment at all and proceeded to repeat: " I don't know what you want me to do, are you sure you spoke with me? I don't have you in our system." So, in the end, I drove to Headshoppe Salon for nothing, left work early to get to my appointment on time. What a horrible way of doing business especially in a small town during covid knowing that small businesses like this are struggling. Jackie clearly has some difficulty setting up appointments and speaking to customers correctly. I'll take my money elsewhere and so will my friends and family members who have had appointments at this salon in the past. It's so sad that a small business like Headshoppe located in a nice community has an incompetent person working here.
