Happy Nails in Smithfield, NC

will never go back.   The polish on my toes was spotty.  worse was lies.  the attendant walked away while my feet were soaking. she left the water running evidently and it over flowed.  my lovely Vera Bradley purse was next to me on top of my sandals  and both soaked.  the stuff used in the water caused the coloring on the purse to come off on my hands especially the black.  it fully damaged the purse.  no apology or offering to pay.  she lied to person in charge saying it did not happen.  she did a horrible job on the fingers was rough with the smoothing tool.  left stuff on my legs.  they would not let me leave without paying. i said walking out another person said she had not had a good experience. Do not go there. I should have refused to pay and walked out.  no tip given obviously .  had the nerve to hold her hand out for one.  I left.

I'm going in there and got a full set of nails and the lady who did my nails couldn't understand English to well. I asked her to do coffin length and I ended up with square. Then she told me that the design lady wasn't there that day so she attempted to do it design and it was awful . She got the paint on my fingers.. the next day I broke one because she made it super thin it ripped off . So I went back to the salon and talked to the owner and he said the only thing he could is to repair it because I asked for a full refund because of the shitty work she had done and he said NO REFUNDS! I suggest anyone who is looking to get their nails done go to TOP NAILS in Rosewood or Diamond Nails&Lashes in Goldsboro because they are EXCELLENT SALONS!!!
I will NEVER go back to Happy Bails because I ain't HAPPY!!! They are a rip off and charged me 70 bucks for some shitty work

I would give a zero but that's not possible, so I give them a one. My sister went and got her nails done two days ago (Thursday) and her nails look horrible. There is left over acrylic on her cuticles, which is very damaging! On top of that, the gel polish was not cured properly, resulting her in a $5 up charge if she wanted them fixed! This is utterly ridiculous!

terrible , i went on my lunch to get gel polish  the technician RUSHED and didn't even care that i had polish ALL over my nails. i will NEVER go back to happy nails looks like something my four year old would have done

Very upset , we come here to pay for a service , you expect to get what you want and are paying for . That does not happen here. They want to do your service the way they want and think you should have . not what you want and are paying for
If you say something ,they start screaming at you and then talk shit about you in their language with all the other employees in the salon and it goes on the whole time your in there . they are very rude and nasty and none of them should be working with the public , I definitely would not even send my worst enemy to there.
Then some guy comes in and starts threatening people ,saying he will have everyone arrested for speaking up and asking for what they are paying for
