my nails after going here speak for themselves. Long story short, After going back the next day to politely ask for a refund the owner and lady that did my nails began to yell at me she then grabbed my arm and yanked me over the table and clipped my nails off and told me if I wanted a refund then no nails. Not to mention she also have herself a $10 tip without my permission

Went to get a full set of nails. The lady says "I don't have time, sorry ". There were only 2 customers in the store. Ok... you just lost my business and are getting a bad review. Sorry
Best place to get your nails and toes done in Monett! The staff at this salon were very friendly and professional.
Wow. I'm surprised this place doesn't have any yelp reviews yet. Went here today for a spa mani and pedi. It was really nice. The employees were so nice and did a great job. It was very clean and the spa massager chairs looked new and worked well. I went with a friend and called just one hour ahead and they were able to take us both together and we were able to relax a bit in the spa chairs and chat. You really do need an appointment here. I think the prices are little high which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I think they should lower the price a few bucks because the mani and pedi is really very basic with nothing too special. With tips you can expect to pay $45 for the mani and pedi. Im used to paying around $35 so I did think it was a little over overpriced. Ill have to make it a once a month trip instead of every two weeks which is what I normally did before I moved here. Not a quiet spa atmosphere. Just a clean friendly place to go with no frills. I'll be sure to make this my regular mani and pedi location!
