I took my niece here to get her nails done and they had to re do them twice. She wanted french tips and the man rushed through her nails and they were extremely uneven. When I very nicely if someone could fix all of the inconsistencies, they were visibly upset and proceeded to be extremely rude and rough with my niece (who is a child) while she was fixing her nails. I payed and left a good tip while she finishing up, and She ended up not doing the french tips as she kept rushing and they looked awful. If you are not the greatest at a design I wish they would have said that from the beginning, instead She still charged me extra for the tips which we didn't receive, and was raising her voice at me when I asked her to speak in a respectful tone to my niece, while also arguing with me that she isn't a kid (she's barely 14). Regardless of you thinking she is a kid or not, there is no reason to be rude because my niece was being nothing but kind to this lady. She also decided to clip her cuticles at the end of the service after I asked her to calm down, leaving my niece bleeding on multiple fingers.
An amazing experience everytime! I normally hate getting my nails done but today I had Danny and Vincent and I was laughing and having a good time the whole experience! Not to mention my toes and nails look PERFECT! I never go anywhere else, as a hairdresser this is the only place that does quality work that LASTS!

I loved the professionalism and kind personalities that greeted and served us! :) My nail tech Danny was very kind and did an absolute excellent job on my pedicure! Loved the attention to detail and attentiveness. They have good prices and I loved that the people are humble and genuinely kind!! :)
Called to ask if I can come in and they told me to come in 30 minutes. Then got there and was told to wait 15-20 and proceeded to wait almost an hour. Then as I'm about to get my pedicure, the lady proceeds to attend other people without even acknowledging me after already waiting 55 minutes! Unprofessional and very unnecessary to make a client wait almost an hour for service.
