While the staff isn't real friendly, they still have provided me with good haircuts at reasonable prices! If I'm not happy with the cut, they are quick to fix it. I like getting the job done without someone talking my ears off. Big bonus now is seeing how the grandchildren are growing up. It's nice to be at a family oriented establishment.
My husband is a hard working progressional who has limited time. One Saturday while out running errands he stopped in for a haircut and was greeted by a snotty hairdresser who informed him they were to busy to cut his hair. This wasn't the first time he had been there. One time he went in and several hairdressers were talking. They ignored him and acted like he wasn't standing there. One of them finally walked over and rudely asked what he wanted. She cut his hair and didn't speak to him the whole time. I asked him why he went back and he said they were the only salon open on Saturday in our neighborhood. I relayed to him an experience when I stopped in to ask if they could do highlights in our daughter's hair and the owner was rude and snotty to me too! How exactly do they stay in business treating people so poorly??? Years ago we had friendly neighborhood salons that appreciated your business.Now, unfortunately, the owner couldn't care less about how her and her daughters and staff treat people. It is just wrong.
