Walked in for a eyelash consultation and booked my appointment right away was so happy for that, as soon as I got to my appointment Jen welcomed me right in. The whole time I was there the atmosphere was very welcoming, Jen did an amazing job with my eyelash extensions. I will definitely be going back for touch ups.

Never ever ever again.  They chopped my hair to smithereens and all the while kept trying to sell me products!  They said my hair was so naturally curly that I HAD to come in for their $200 straightening technique (my hair is stick straight and always has been) and the owner is yelling her head off the whole time and not offering a welcoming and relaxing environment whatsoever!  My hair, after I refused the extra charging straightener, was chopped, uneven and unmanageable.  I saw the reviews before that are similar to mine, but still thought I'd give it a shot.  I shouldn't have!  Listen now!  You will regret it.  They are horrible and it's almost like they want to mess up your hair so you come back and spend more so they will fix it.  The owner chick needs to pipe down too, no one wants that.

Love my hair but hated the experience. Morgan was my stylist, if she wasn't talking with her coworkers she was on her phone. She is the first stylist that I have met that hasn't engaged with the client.

Huge mistake! Never again. They are overpriced but I am willing to pay good money for a great color and haircut. When I got there I was very specific about what I wanted.

I asked for highlights and lowlights. Blonde and brown, lots of contrast. My roots were pretty far grown out.

I also told stylist I needed a trim but wanted to keep my length, I just wanted my layers touched up. I had been growing out my hair for 4 years.  

When stylist was done he pulled it all behind my shoulders and I looked at the back view. It looked fine and I went on my way. After shopping and driving back to my house an hour away I realized my hair was extremely uneven. There were no layers, just a big chunk missing on one side. The more I looked in the mirror the angrier I became. My color looked decent on top but if I put my hair up there were no highlights and it just looked like I needed to get my hair highlighted. There was no contrast.  

I sent him a photo of my cut and he said "Oh Jeez, stop by as soon as you can, it will only take me a few minutes to fix that". When I told him i was hesitant to let him near my hair and asked for a refund he refused. I regretted tipping him $27. I paid $160 for the worst haircut I have had by far. I ended up having to go elsewhere and pay to have it fixed . I was shocked that he would not give even a partial refund.

Great atmosphere, great stylist! I saw Leticia for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed my visit. She has such a fun attitude and I left with exactly what we talked about doing to my hair. I'm so glad I found this fabulous, funky shop!
