My husband asked for a simple haircut. The stylist there butchered his hair. This stylist left a "ledge" on his hair and showed no basic skill in blending/fading. The stylist did not even cut his hair on top properly. While waiting on him, two other employees were up front complaining at length about an earlier disgruntled customer. Completely unprofessional. Go elsewhere.
I go here monthly for a trim and color. I always see Ashley and she does exactly what I want every time. They can get busy so I reccomend calling ahead for an appointment. There are always sales and specials going on. I've been going here for about a year and I've never had a bad experience.
