Avoid this hair salons at all cause. Bad people! I bought a groupon haircut and partial highlight voucher for my wife with Kathy. She seems to be very busy not very flexible. Her first available appointment was in 2 weeks. Couple days before appointment she text my wife to remind her of her appointment. Kathy asked my wife if she can move her appointment from 3pm to 3:30pm. My wife was ok with it. the day of appointment my wife missed her appointment no courtesey call or nothing. She didn't even try to call to reschedule. when my wife try to contact her, Kathy made it sound like all she wants to do it forfeit our groupon voucher. $39 went to waste. Zero haircut zero highlight. This is bad business!!!!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid at cause.
