No longer spending money at this establishment. I have given them multiple tries. Let's start with- they are always understaffed. First I got my nails done by the guy (full set). That was a hot mess. My nails were bumpy and were constantly getting nicked. Got a pedicure by the owner asked for a design that she displayed she could execute. I went home and took that off due to the poor execution. Came back a second time for a refill and I picked a design.. again. She didn't not execute. She had the nerve to tell me she was gonna do a different design than what I asked for because it was easier. She tried to badger me for the 20 min to say I like them. I did not and I was not going to say it. Today I went back and they had a new person. Cool. She started my manicure (refil) and was being extremely rough (other customers walked in so I guess I was instantly irrelevant and in the way). My nails were lifting so she broke one of my nails at the nail bed. I immediately asked her to stop and just get me acetone to take the set off. She got an attitude. Why are you arguing with a customer? I said I want my nails taken off with acetone. I end up asking the owner to do my dip. They didn't even completely take off the acrylic set I had, they just laid the dip over. I get the one nail that was broken. But the rest? Make it make sense. My nails look like my niece did them at home. Just a hot mess. They are nice and all but not worth my money or stress.
The family running the spa are super nice. The gel polish I had done was applied carefully and accurately. They take their time, not rushing the experience to get to the next customer. And I just got the polish removed and even in that the lady took her time and didn't just grind the polish off. She removed a layer applied acetone cotton let them soak then removed the rest. My nails have never looked this good after getting polish removed.
Jerry is the new owner of H&T nails. She is an extremely hard worker and does amazing work! Her goal is your total and complete contentment in the work she does. I appreciate her skills and the fact she's just a great human being. She currently has three additional employees who are family and are also extremely hard workers and very kind. The work they do is fantastic. I've found they treat people with such courtesy! Prices are reasonable and quite frankly, her work speaks for itself.
