I have never had an infection on my nails before going here. They were too aggressive cutting deep along the side of my big toe and pulled out a piece of nail that obviously should have stayed. Two days later pus oozing and extreme pain and red, hot skin. I am so sad.
Nail techs are great-do a detailed and nice job but the owners are awful people. I will not be supporting this business again.
I've been here a number of times. Attentive staff, great pedicures, fair prices. Same day appointments and strong massage chairs.
I'm giving two stars because the place was very clean and the people seemed kind. But I literally have the worst set of nails I have ever gotten. I do believe my nine year old granddaughter could have done a better job for more than half the price.
My daughter and I were able to get an appointment right away when we called. We both went in for a full set of acrylic French mani nails. I had a gentleman and my daughter had a young lady doing hers. My daughter's nails came out much nicer than mine and she's quite happy with hers although she wasn't asked what length she wanted them. Mine are a hot mess. The man took three attempts to get my pinkie nail on properly and by the time he did my nail was significantly shorter than I had wanted it. He then cut all my nails to the length of the pinkie making them all too short. Once he started to file he cut my finger causing me to bleed and I pulled back my hand in pain. He laughed at me when I did. I couldn't believe he laughed after causing me an injury. At this point an elderly lady came over like a pit boss and spoke to him. Suddenly he was finished and I was transferred to another woman. This is where things went from bad to worse. She covered my nails with a slightly pink acrylic rather than clear, without asking, and did a sloppy job. Several of my nails were lifted the next day. Also, don't expect to have them do your cuticles or even take the polish off your fingers. It was the sloppiest, laziest manicure I've ever had. I won't be returning.
