I called to ask when a certain employee would be working and the rude worker that answered the phone her name is Melissa thought she hung the phone up before she proceeded to talk about me while there was customers in lobby!! All I asked was when a certain employee would be there so she thought she hung the phone up and said I don't have patience for dumb people she should have known what she was going to ask and not call on three way which who uses three-way this day and time!? NOT ME!! So I kept trying to call back and it was busy because she didn't hang the phone up! So I drove there to tell her I didn't appreciate her attitude and I didn't appreciate her talking about me to her coworkers and the clients getting their haircuts and waiting to get a haircut... I first asked is your phone still off the hook and her smart alec comment was "I DON'T KNOW IS IT"... SO IF YOU GO TO GREAT CLIPS I WOULDN'T USE CECIL OR MELISSA BE SPEAKING WITH HER MANAGER ON TUESDAY HER NAME IS LADONNA AND IF I DON'T GET NOTHING DONE BY HER I WILL CALL HER BOSS! IF YOU WANT A REAL HAIRCUT I WOULD GO PAY THE $15 AT STEVE'S BARBER SHOP!!
This is my second time here and they are amazing. I have extremely curly hair and both Ladona and Melissa have cut my hair. Both have been a wealth of information and are incredibly knowledgeable about curly hair. I have also received help from Ashley and she is great. I have been to many expensive salons and have walked out hating my haircut. Both times here have been great experiences and I have loved my cut. When I say they are better than the expensive salons, I mean much better. They are helpful, friendly, and really care about the end result. I can't recommend them enough.
Fast friendly service. Great atmosphere. The stylist listen to what I want. I love my new cut!
