I came here a ton growing up but I can confidently say I will never come here again and nobody else should either. I received a 5 min haircut that ended up being the worst haircut of my life. And then you still have to pay $18 for it. I cannot recommend to anybody

They never do what I ask for. I asked for a small amount off of my hair and she left me with an awful haircut that im embarrassed to go in public with. Its almost like they can't even hear what you say when you say how you want your hair done. Terrible, never going there again. You shouldn't either.

I'm done with this location. Inconsistencies amongst the stylists. A couple of them are rude, a couple of them are pretty nice, but it's hit and miss. They stopped taking the coupons they used to. They don't honor their online checkin priority.
