Paid $25 for a horrible 15 minute haircut because the salon I normally go to wasn't available. Absolutely regret it because now my hair feels really uncomfortable, looks terrible, and I can only wait for it to grow up poorly.
While looking for a good haircut for short hair at a decent price, I looked at all of the "budget" shops. Lots of overall the ratings but went through some of the reviews to see what people did not like. Some of those were not that important to me. Folks that gave great reviews really like their haircut. The name Sharona appeared in more than one great review. I was able to walk in, wait for about 30 minutes or less and then get an appointment with the famed Sharona. Those great reviews didn't lie. Sharona knows what she's doing and beautifully trimmed and sculpted my increasingly shaggy short hair. I asked for getting my whole head wet in the sink without a shampoo, but she shampooed it free of charge for my first haircut. It will cost $10 for a shampoo after that. I really enjoyed Sharona's conversation, but if you like a quiet haircut, I'm sure she'll be fine with that too. We ended up talking about relationships among other things. She felt like a friend when I walked out of there.

I checked in online as I was leaving my hotel to walk to the shop and walked right in when I arrived 15 minutes later. I was greeted by both employees on duty and got one of the best haircuts I've had in a very long time! Hairdresser was friendly and personable and although she introduced herself, her name escapes me--sorry.
