Ugh. Needed a trim, got a hack job. Uneven cut and bangs cut WAY too short. Won't be back.
Stopped by Saturday at 2:30. The sign in the door said "temporary hours" 9-5. They were closed. Stopped by today, Tuesday night and the girl said "we are getting ready to close. We can't do it". So we told her about coming by Saturday and the sign. She said they're not open Saturday at all- even though both the permanent and temporary signs say they are. So we can't review the haircut, because he never got one. But we won't try a third time.
Surely can be better service and cuts. Stylists need to be focused and not be concerned about anything but the customer. My cut was interrupted several times and it showed. Hoping it improves before my next cut or it will be the last

Took my adult nephew today. They took us as a walk in, got us in within 10 minutes even though they were fairly busy. The lady made his hair look so nice, it was pretty rough hehe. His hair also smelt like straberries, hahah. I could smell it in the car. Allows you to tip with the debit reader, which is very convenient since I never carry cash. Price was cheap for how good they did!!
