This location is very friendly. I enjoy good conversation every time while getting a quality haircut. GreatClips has been my go to for many years and this one is one of my favorites.
Checked in online and had a 37 minute wait. No big deal. On the way there it drops to 15 minutes. I received a text that told me we could go ahead and go into the lobby. Upon arrival we had an 11 minute wait. Walk inside and see our name #2 on the list. Employee walks over and ask if we checked in online. Told her we did and our name she immediately said it's a 51 minute wait. I informed her and showed her my 11 minute wait time. She said in a nasty tone "well you can wait." She turned her back to me. What's the point of online check in? Terrible service.
Never got a chance to go in but based on first impressions we won't be back. My husband needed his hair cut. The door said they opened at 9:00 am but the open sign was on and two hairstylists were inside so we decided to go ahead and walk in since it was 8:52. As soon as we opened the door we were quickly told to turn around and that they didn't open for another 15 minutes. Any good business would offer for us to wait in the lobby area since they had already unlocked the doors and turned on their open sign!! First impressions are everything!!
